What do we learn in class?
What do we learn in class?
- basics of selected dance styles (e.g. jazz, contemporary, street dance),
- body awareness and coordination,
- choreography and improvisation,
- rhythm and musicality,
- group cooperation and stage presence.
Class Duration
Classes are held once or twice a week and last 45 or 60 minutes –
depending on the age of participants and the group profile.
Why does this work?
Thanks to well-chosen exercises, choreographies and open teaching approaches, participants readily engage in movement. The program builds confidence and allows self-expression in a safe environment.
End of Semester
At the end of the semester, participants take part in a dance performance - a choreography prepared during classes. This is a moment where they showcase what they have learned and build confidence in public performance.
