DANCE CLASSES
(Group classes in preschool)
Classes that develop
body and imagination
These are energetic meetings where children discover the world of rhythm,
movement and expression.
Dance classes are not just steps and choreography – they are also work with the body, emotions, concentration and creativity.
Through music and play, children learn to move consciously,
strengthening coordination, sense of rhythm and confidence.
Classes are conducted in a Polish-English system or entirely in English –
depending on the group and language level of participants.
During classes, children learn various dance styles (elements of modern dance, musical theater, and simple classical forms),
practice choreography and participate in integrative dance games.

What do we learn in classes?
– movement coordination and balance,
– working with rhythm and space,
– dance choreography,
– expressing emotions through movement and dance,
– body awareness and posture,
– teamwork and cooperation,
– vocabulary and phrases in English.
Class duration
Classes take place once a week and last
45 to 60 minutes.
They are not limited to strict time – they end when the choreography and theme are fully realized and each child feels
they could express themselves through movement.
Why does it work?
Classes take place in small groups,
which allows for individual attention and consideration for each participant. We combine play with movement, so children naturally develop coordination, musicality and stage expression.
End of semester
At the end of the cycle, we prepare a joint dance performance where children present their choreography –
often with bilingual elements
(Polish-English).
This is a joyful moment of sharing the results of their work with parents and peers.
