ART THERAPY
(Group classes in preschool)
With elements of music therapy
These are special classes that support children in expressing emotions, building a sense of safety and developing self-awareness.
In classes, children learn to recognize emotions,
name them and transform them into something creative.
There is no rush or judgment here – each child moves at their own pace,
in an atmosphere of acceptance and mindfulness.
Classes are conducted in a Polish-English system or entirely in English –
depending on the group’s abilities and readiness.
In classes we use techniques such as:
- art therapy (painting, drawing, sculpture, collage)
- receptive music therapy (listening to music and relaxation)
- active music therapy (action through rhythm, playing instruments, musical movement, singing songs)

What do we learn in classes?
– expressing emotions through art and sound,
– working with concentration and breathing,
– practicing gross and fine motor skills
– showing personal agency
– recognizing personal needs and emotional states,
– regulating tension through creative activities,
– working with rhythm and simple instruments,
– practicing cognitive abilities
– listening to ourselves and others in an atmosphere of mindfulness,
– basic words and phrases in English.
Goals may vary depending on the group’s needs.
Class duration
Classes take place once or twice a week and last 45 to 60 minutes.
Meeting times are adapted to the group’s mood – the most important thing is the feeling of comfort, peace and the natural rhythm of creative work.
Why does it work?
Classes take place in intimate groups, which allows children to feel safe
and noticed. It’s a space where you don’t have to prove anything – you just need to be
and create in harmony with yourself. It’s a special form of meeting emotions, colors, movement and silence – in complete acceptance.

Classes are conducted by qualified specialists – art therapists, music therapists, educators and musicians with experience working with children. Our team consists of people with specialized education, possessing not only the appropriate competencies but also exceptional sensitivity and mindfulness to the needs of the youngest.
